In 2006,
IT Department along with CSE Department also organized
a training programme which was conducted by APPIN
Technologies for both its students and
faculty members on .net. More than 100 students
of both departments participated in this 1 month
exercise. Faculty also got hands on experience
of .net.
IT department, took an initiative
jointly with CSE Dept.organized
a national level seminar, on 17th Jan
2007, on Recent Advances in Information
Technology (RAIT). Many Colleges
of NCR participated in the seminar. Mr. Gautam
Pathak was the chief Guest of the seminar. Many
faculty members presented papers on different
emerging trends like IT Audit, Nano Technology,
and Information Security; Z-theory etc. 20 people
presented their papers on various latest events,
developments and changes in the field of information
